Terms of Service

Who you are agreeing with
Triply (flytriply.eu) is operated by Radek Tomas, an individual based in the Czech Republic. There is no company behind it. By using Triply you are agreeing these terms with that person. Contact: hello@flytriply.eu.
What Triply is
You give us a budget, dates and a few preferences. A language model suggests three destinations with a suggested itinerary and a cost breakdown. That is the whole product.
Where the numbers come from — read this part
Every figure Triply shows you is generated by a language model reasoning about typical costs. We do not query any flight, hotel or activity pricing service. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a price we have checked.
That means a price shown here can be out of date, seasonally wrong, or simply mistaken. Prices are marked with a ≈ symbol wherever they appear, for exactly this reason. Treat every number as a starting point for your own research, and check the real price on the booking site before you commit to anything.
The same applies to everything else the model writes: opening hours, travel times, what is worth seeing, whether somewhere is a good idea in February. It is a well-informed suggestion, not verified fact.
We do not sell travel
Triply is not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel services. We take no bookings and handle no payments. When you book a flight, room or activity you do so directly with that provider, and your contract is with them under their terms. If something goes wrong with a booking — a cancellation, a refund, a room that isn’t as described — that is between you and the provider. We can’t intervene, and we have no access to your booking.
Accounts
An account is optional; the planner works without one. If you create one:
- Give accurate information. If you sign in with Google we take your name and email from that account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login. If you think someone else has access, reset your password.
- There is a daily limit on how many trips you can generate. It exists because each generation costs us money.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. It is immediate and permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.
- We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to abuse the service. If we do, we will tell you why at the email address on the account.
Fair use
Please do not scrape the site, drive the trip generator with scripts, probe the API for weaknesses, or use Triply to produce anything unlawful.
We apply basic request limits to keep the generator affordable. To be straightforward about it: these limits are a practical brake, not a security guarantee, and we do not maintain a blocklist. If someone works around them and it costs us money, we will deal with it at that point — including by withdrawing access.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links earn us a commission. Specifically:
- Hotel links to Booking.com go through the affiliate network CJ (Commission Junction). If you book after clicking one, we may receive a commission.
- Links to GetYourGuide currently carry no affiliate tracking and earn us nothing.
Three things worth stating plainly. You never pay more because a link is an affiliate link — the price is the same as going direct. It does not influence the recommendations: the language model that picks your destinations has no information about which partners pay us, so it cannot favour them. And any link that does earn us a commission is labelled as a partner link where you click it, not only here.
Affiliate revenue is what keeps Triply free to use.
What we don’t promise
The service is provided as it is. We don’t promise that it will always be available, that the recommendations will suit you, that the prices will be accurate, or that a destination will be available on your dates. We build this carefully but we are one person, and it is free.
Right of withdrawal
Triply is free and you never enter a paid contract with us, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not arise. If we ever introduce a paid feature that will change, and we will tell you before you pay anything.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you lose because a price here differed from the real one, for travel that goes wrong, for disputes with a provider you booked through, or for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence apply regardless of what this document says.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Carrying on using Triply after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
Czech law applies. If we cannot resolve something by email, the Czech courts have jurisdiction — again, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your home country.
As a consumer you may also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform, or in the Czech Republic the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz), for out-of-court resolution.
For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
